What this means in plain terms

They get paid for the content they make, and you earn on top of every order they bring in. You run your country's whole creator team.
More sales, more money. The bigger your team and the more content out there, the more you earn. You don't have to do it all yourself.
How it works

Terms
Commission. A percentage of every order in your country, based on order value (not counting shipping and platform fees).
Exclusive. You're the only Agentlo creator for your country for the length of the deal.

Trial first. We start with a short trial, then move to a longer deal if it's working for both sides.

Agentlo Exclusive Country Creator Agreement

This document is a plain-language summary of how the Agentlo exclusive country creator deal works. It is provided for information only and is not the full contract. The complete, legally binding agreement, including the exact commission percentages, payout amounts, payment schedule, term length, and all other specific terms, is shared with each creator individually once their application has been reviewed and accepted. Nothing on this page is an offer or a binding commitment until that agreement is signed by both parties.
1. Appointment & Exclusivity. Agentlo appoints one Creator per Territory. For the duration of the agreement, the Creator is the sole Agentlo-affiliated creator authorized to represent the brand within that Territory. Agentlo will not appoint another exclusive creator for the same Territory while the agreement remains in effect.
The Territory is defined as a single country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exclusivity applies only to the appointed Territory and does not restrict Agentlo's own marketing or sales activity in that Territory.
2. Commission. The Creator earns a commission calculated as an agreed percentage of the order value of qualifying Agentlo sales placed within the Territory.
Order value is calculated excluding shipping charges, applicable taxes, and platform or payment-processing fees.
Commission applies to all qualifying Territory sales, whether or not a given sale originated from the Creator's own content.
Commission is calculated on completed orders. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned within the applicable return window do not qualify and may be deducted from future payments.
3. Creator Team & Recruitment. The Creator may, with Agentlo's awareness, invite additional creators within the Territory to produce Agentlo content. Sales generated by such activity count toward the Territory and may contribute to the Creator's commission as set out in the signed agreement. Specific arrangements for any recruited creators, including how they are compensated, will be confirmed in writing and may differ from this summary.
4. Content & Brand Support. Agentlo may repost, feature, promote, or otherwise amplify the Creator's content across Agentlo's official channels. The Creator grants Agentlo a non-exclusive license to use submitted or tagged content for these purposes for the duration of the agreement.
The Creator retains ownership of content they create.
All sponsored or affiliate content must clearly comply with applicable advertising-disclosure rules in the Creator's jurisdiction (for example, labeling paid partnerships).
Content must follow the policies of the platform on which it is published, including TikTok's terms and community guidelines.
5. Term & Trial Period. The appointment begins with an initial trial period. If both parties wish to continue at the end of the trial, the appointment may proceed to a longer fixed term as set out in the signed agreement. Either party may decline to continue at the end of the trial.
6. Performance & Activity. Continued exclusivity may be conditional on the Creator maintaining a minimum level of activity (for example, regular content output) as agreed in writing. Sustained inactivity may result in the Territory being reopened after reasonable notice.
7. Payment. Commission is paid on a regular schedule agreed in writing, after the applicable return and refund windows have closed. The Creator is responsible for any taxes due on amounts they receive.
8. Conduct. The Creator agrees to represent Agentlo honestly and lawfully, to make no false or misleading claims about Agentlo's products, and to avoid any conduct that could reasonably damage the brand's reputation.
9. Termination. Either party may end the agreement in line with the notice terms set out in the signed agreement. Agentlo may end the agreement immediately in cases of fraud, policy violations, or conduct materially harmful to the brand. On termination, exclusivity ends and the Territory may be reopened to other applicants.
10. The Full Contract. This page is only a summary. The definitive terms, including the actual commission percentages and payout figures, are contained in the full written contract provided to the creator once their application is accepted. That signed contract is what governs the relationship and overrides this summary in the event of any inconsistency. This summary may be updated from time to time.
