Agentlo operates as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent third-party fulfillment agents. We do not manufacture, sell, warehouse, or provide warranties for any products. Agentlo disclaims all liability for product quality, description accuracy, intellectual property matters, or agent performance. Users are solely responsible for their orders and agree to indemnify Agentlo against any related claims or disputes.

Agentlo Marketplace (peer-to-peer resell). All marketplace transactions are strictly peer-to-peer between an independent buyer and an independent seller. Agentlo is not a party to any sale: we operate the platform and provide supporting services such as escrow, messaging, and tools that help sellers submit shipping proof and tracking. We do not own, inspect, authenticate, warehouse, or warrant any item listed on the marketplace and we make no representations about a seller's identity, reliability, or the condition of their goods. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to evaluate the seller, the listing, and any communication before agreeing to a transaction. Agentlo disclaims all liability arising from marketplace listings, offers, payments, shipments, returns, disputes, or any direct or indirect dealings between buyers and sellers, except to the extent required by applicable consumer-protection law.
